About KnQ Farms
A small farm raising ducks, cockerels, rabbits, and laying hens — and selling straight from the source.
KnQ Farms began in 2022, started by the Appiah family as a backyard garden to feed our own table — raising ducks, cockerels, and rabbits, later expanding into sheep, goats, layers, and broilers. We soon found we had more than enough to share. What began as extra stock for neighbors has grown into a weekly stand: the same animals and hens, raised on the same ground, now sold direct to anyone nearby who wants meat and eggs that haven't spent a week in transit.
We keep the flock and hutches on the farm we sell from, so nothing sits in cold storage waiting for a buyer. When you place an order, it's prepared and set aside for your pickup day — not pulled from a freezer that's been running for months.
Buying direct also means the price on the menu is the price you pay. There's no distributor in between marking things up, and no guessing whether what's in the package matches what was promised — you're buying from the people who raised it.
